Our Story
Harbor & Pine began with a simple frustration: too many kitchen goods are designed to be replaced, not kept. We wanted to make the opposite — pieces you reach for every day and pass down when you are done.
Every board, bowl, and napkin starts with the material. We work only with FSC-certified bamboo and acacia, European flax linen, and natural stoneware, sourced from suppliers we have visited in person. Nothing synthetic, nothing disposable.
From the first sketch to the final finish, each product moves through a slow, deliberate design process. We would rather release fewer things and get them right than fill a catalog you forget by next season.
Why Harbor & Pine
Bamboo, acacia, linen, cotton, stoneware, and cast iron. If it is not a material we would keep in our own kitchens for a lifetime, it does not make the cut.
We over-engineer the parts that wear: thicker boards, reinforced seams, denser glazes. The goal is a piece that ages beautifully instead of breaking down.
